Vertical Clitoral Hood Reduction

I developed this unique Vertical Clitoral Hood Reduction technique about 18 years ago and taught it to my Fellows and now releasing it to my Gynflix platform. Gynflix has multiple full versions of this type of surgery. This is the short version at 13 minutes. The Full Length version includes the actual Clitoral Reduction Surgery and will be released on Gynflix on November 1. It is an hour and 20 minutes long and quite awesome.

Purpose:

1. Reduce vertical length of the clitoral hood

2. Reduce width of the clitoral hood

3. Reduce the appearance of a large clitoris

4. Accompany a Clitoral Reduction

5. Obtain a moderate Pull-In and tightening of the Labia Majora in its upper most region

6. In this case, to remove “Railroad Scars” from a prior Labia Majoraplasty

Full Length Description of “Live Narrated Clitoral Reduction, Frenulectomy, Vertical Clitoral Hood Reduction

This patient had a prior Labia Majoraplasty in the traditional “Football” shaped excision of bilateral Labia Majora resulting in a Railroad Track scar.  She also has been on long term Testosterone resulting in a prominent Clitoris that did not reduce in size after stopping the steroids.  She requested a reduction in the size and length of the clitoris and to reduce the scars.
