The Informed Consent for Labiaplasty Surgery

This is the MOST important document you have to get right before surgery. Don't skip this, don't skimp on details, don't get in trouble. You have to watch this if you are going to do labiaplasties.

I created this Informed Consent Form in 2005 and have been updating it regularly for almost two decades. Specific for Cosmetic Gynecology and Urogynecology. It has been reviewed by legal and has been tested by time. For over 30 years I have run Risk Management Departments, gave Expert Opinions and have been an Expert Witness for both defendants and plaintiffs. Almost always it comes down to the Informed Consent as what makes or breaks a case. Quite sad at times because the doctor just rushed things, didn’t explain, didn’t document and relied on “I said so.”

Watch this 24 minute video carefully and absorb it, copy it, modify to your needs. Join Gynflix Gold Fellow Group if you want the PDF version that you can use with your own logo.
