This is how I am able to get comfort for In Office Labiaplasty and Vaginoplasty surgeries:
30% BLT Numbing Cream placed 1 hour before the patient comes to the office
Upon arrival at the office, push the 30% Numbing Cream deeper under the skin using Plasmaporation technology that use DC Current creating plasma to open up the water channels of the skin.
Use a 30 Gauge needle to inject 0.25% Marcaine with Epi plus Bicarbonate under the skin at strategic places.
