This patient had a labiaplasty performed years earlier. She thinks a wedge labiaplasty was done which broke down leaving her with a misshaped right labia minora. She wanted this to be more symmetric with her left side and she wanted her clitoral hood to be more petite and now so wide. I did a Feathering and Sutureless labiaplasty on her and made both labias about the same size without the need for any cutting on them. As for her clitoral hood, we decided on a Vertical Clitoral Hood Reduction technique I invented almost 15 years ago. She was so happy with the results and she continues to be my patient over a decade later. This video is made in HD quality from when I used a Sony video recorder that used magnetic tape.
